Tickton Village Hall car park.

Once again, on the weekend of the 6/7th, the car park at the playing field was cause for concern. Inconsiderate parking, players still cleaning their boots on the car park not the field, and the toilet door was left open with the light and fan on.

We have a gentlemen' agreement with the village hall committee, in which they freely allow us the use of the car park when they are not using it. There is ample parking at Cunnington Fields, which we have free use of. What is there to dropping off the players, parking the car at Cunnington and walking two minutes to enjoy the game. If we do not respect the wishes of the committee they are entitled to say "we do not respect you, you can not use the car park".

PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT.

Changes to training/playing facilities.

Does any manager know of any changes to the agreed training facilities, or has anyone changed their pattern in the recent past. We have received an invoice from the ER of YC education about a team training at Beverley Grammar School and a team training / playing out of Thurlow Ave. These extras# are costing the Club money and need to be justified. If the need is such, no problem. We still need to know about it.

We have sorted out Thurlow but we are still being charged for Beverley Grammar sports hall. Any one claim the use of it?

ALL MANAGERS USING TICKTON PLAYING FIELDS

We have been supplied through Tickton Parish Council with some police cones. Can the first Manager at Tickton on a Saturday and Sunday am please place arrange for these to be placed along the roadside outside the village hall up to and past the bus stop. Also please place the plain orange traffic cones on the grass along side of the village hall to stop people parking on the grass. The last manager to leave on these days should collect in all the cones and return to the lockup. On closing down please check that the toilet light is off, the sign inside and the door locked. The key returned to the lockup.

If you have used the full sized goals check that these have been secured with the key returned to the lock up.

Any other equipment used or borrowed returned to the lock-up and replaced tidy in its own place for others to use.

Lastly please secure the lockup.

Please remember to advise all your parents/players and away teams that the car parking facilities for AFC Tickton are Cullington Fields or Weel Rd. There is none at the village hall car park unless clearance has being obtained from the Village Hall Committee.

Pitch Booking Grid

Teams who have booked have first claim over the pitch.

Now the season has started, please read fixture lists (on the web site) to see if anyone else is scheduled to play. Cup games will mean change of fixture list etc. If you are in conflict with another team a decision will be made as to who plays when and where.

Better to agree between yourselves than have some outsider do it for you.

These forms give you permission, when signed by player/parent to administer first aid, allow photographs to be taken of the player and confirms that they will abide by the Clubs Code of Conduct. Also you can gather very important medical and emergency contact information which you should have with you at all times. All players must fill one in.
